WORKSPACES

We have one of the most comprehensive schedule included as standard in our serviced workspace leases market today. We never quite understood why ‘serviced’ operators today charge you for the little essentials, like internet, telephone calls etc. We have always thought differently, as a highly appreciated tenant, everything is included, you’ll get the fastest internet speeds available, as many telephone lines and numbers as you could ever want with unlimited calls (including to mobiles), and free use of print/copy/scan and other Document Centre facilities among the many other perks. 

 

Even things you may require later but didn’t plan for, from static IP addresses to remote port configurations are included in the original price. We know you like cost certainty, nobody likes surprises so we didn’t leave any room for any. Whats more, we charge by the calendar month (not weekly) and charge by the workspace, (not by the number of desks) giving peace of mind that there won’t be any frightening bills or unexpected extras. We’ve even included ‘free mail collection/forwarding’ for 6 months if and when you ever vacate, we’ve got you covered until the very end.

Each one of our prestigious properties are hand-picked for their individual character, landmark address and stunning architectural features, and include a mix of both purpose new-build and traditional period buildings (including Grade II listed). Villagery believe in the pursuit of perfection in every Centre we launch. Our in-house team of architects and interior designers work meticulously to create trendy, aesthetically exquisite workspaces which we believe to be an immeasurable component for companies to flourish. 

 

Located in prestigious Central London locations, every Centre is greeted by a welcoming Front of Desk Reception and equipped with impressive Meeting Rooms, fully-equipped Conference & Event Space, comfortable Business Lounges, Break-Out areas and Print & Copy Centres. Our client’s come from a diverse range of sectors including finance, law and technology and have included some of the world’s largest multinational companies (e.g. Honeywell, GloboTV) as well as young fast-expanding technology start-ups investing in their first office. 

 

You shouldn’t have to chose between long-term leases and being short-spaced with the constraints of a rigid long-term conventional lease. We understand that there are uncertain times require flexible approaches to long term commitments. You can switch workspaces quickly and easily (we’ll do all the work) within our network of properties. We fully staff our Business Centres with a talented team of managers giving you a professionally appearance and always ensuring everything runs/works like clockwork allowing you to focus on your core business. Our minimum lease terms are 3 months giving you the peace of mind to upsize or downsize without penalty as and when requirements change. 

IT & Telephony

Each of our Centres are equipped with the very latest in advanced IT networking technology with integrated super-secure firewalls supported by Cat 6e structured cabling delivering up to a 2GB of data capability over a fully duplex network powered by Cisco infrastructure systems. We have numerous contingencies and backup providers for all our data/voice communications systems ensuring you never lose connectivity. Integrated Remote Access features are provided through secure VPN’s so you can access your computer and files on the go. Our talented team of in-house IT experts are available around the clock to cater for any query you might have from activating remote data port and configuring static IP addresses to helping you plan your own systems security. Our super-friendly, highly qualified Front of Office Receptionists provide a discreet and highly professional service at all times and are always on hand throughout the day to deal with any requirements you may have. Greeting and welcoming your guests, answering calls and patching them through to the relevant people on your team, taking messages and administrative tasks are just a number of ways in which our receptionists can assist you in your day to day activities. Everything from data-entry and telephoning potential suppliers for pricing quotes to planning the printing and binding of your reports and presentation and arranging corporate entertainment, we can help.

Each one of our Meeting & Conference Rooms are stylishly designed with custom-build interior furnishings in elegant finishes complemented with comfortable executive leather chairs.  All meeting rooms are equipped with Full-HD, wall-mounted TVs complete with VGA, HDMI and DVI output connections and kitted with the latest in state of the art presentation and video-conferencing equipment. Our wireless, digital conference handsets deliver superb voice quality, expansive microphone pickup and advanced audio processing.

 

Free super-fast Internet wifi, complementary mineral water, teas & coffees and a selection of presentation materials including flip-charts, whiteboards, writing pads, markers are available as standard and provided at no cost. We want your business to make the right impression with your clients and delegates, your Meeting Coordinator will be available throughout to assist in any way we can to ensure you make the most out of your meeting. If you have any extra requirements, no matter how unusual, please do let us know and we’ll sort it out, you just focus on achieving your meeting’s goals. Meeting rooms can be booked on a full day, half day or hourly basis, ensuring that you only pay for what you use.
